Store: Keep packs cool, dry, and away from sunlight. Leave the silica gel inside after opening. Reseal tightly; for best quality, use an airtight container after opening.

We stand behind our quality. If there’s any issue, contact us right away—we keep batch-retention samples until expiry and investigate quickly.

Quality concerns (damage, defect, off-taste/smell, wrong item):

  • Keep the product and packaging until we advise next steps (replacement, pickup, or inspection).
